At Botanique Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical beauty experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our Parisian warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
